If you are using Shopify, you can go to the Dashboard > Overview section > Click on PREMIUM.

Here, you can Choose the free plan. 

For other platforms, you can connect with our billing team at: [email protected] to cancel or downgrade your subscription.

They can assist you with cancelling your GoAffPro subscription or downgrading it from the Premium plan to the Free plan.
