Enable Coupons to Apply to Subscriptions

To enable coupons to apply to subscriptions: Go to the Coupons tab.
Here, go to the Automatic Coupons section > Click on Change.
This will open up the Setup Automatic Coupons section > Click on Advanced.
After this, select the coupons to work on subscriptions. You can select the "Both" option, to have the coupons apply to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.
Finally, click on Submit.
