To enable recurring commission for the affiliate group: Go to the Groups tab.
Here, click on Edit Group.
This will open up the Edit group section > go to the Group Configuration section > click on Edit.
Next, enable the "Automatically connect customer with affiliate" option.
Finally, click on OK.
