Additional Profile Fields for Affiliates

To add additional profile fields for affiliates: Go to the Look and Feel > Affiliate Dashboard section. 

Here, go to the Dashboard Tabs section > Click on Edit Form. 

Now, enable the toggle for the field you want to add. 

Finally, click on Save.
