Disable Commission on a Collection

To disable commission on a collection: Go to the Commissions > Referral commissions section.

Here, go to the Collection Commission section > Click on New Collection Commission. 

Now, select the collection. 

Next, set the commission rate as zero. 

Finally, click on Save.
