Reprocess Sales

To reprocess a sale: Go to the Sales > All Sales section.

Here, click on Reject. (for the sale that you want to reprocess)

Next, click on Submit.

After this, click on create a new sale manually.

Here, select the order number and the name of the affiliate.

Finally, click on Assign Order.

The order will get reprocessed.

You can reprocess sales to update an order's commission in case of incorrect settings that may have been set in the program, or due to partial refunds or update to the items in the order.
