Set Commission Modifiers for Group

To set commission modifiers for the affiliate group: Go to the Groups tab > Click on Edit Group.

Here, go to the Commission modifiers section > Click on Add new modifier.

Now, select the rule. 

Now, set the "matches" and "adjust commission by" values.

Finally, click on Add Modifier.

The commission modifier will get set for the affiliate group.
