To show the sponsor (parent affiliate) on the signup page: Go to the Multi Level tab.
Here, go to the Settings section > enable the Show Sponsor on Signup Page option.
After this, when downline affiliates will create an account on your portal, they will be able to view the affiliate who referred them.
