Create New Profile Input Fields

To create new profile input fields: Go to the Look and Feel > Affiliate Dashboard section. 

Here, go to the Dashboard Tabs section > Click on Edit Form. 

Now, click on Add your own field.

Here you can set the field title. You also have the option to make the field required, input type, field width, field information, and input mask.

After this, click on Change.

Finally, click on Save.
