Customize the Commissions, Tools & Reporting pages.

To customize the other pages of the affiliate portal (that are linked in the footer of the portal): You can go to the Look and Feel > Store Profile > Other Pages section.
Here, click on Customize.
After this, select the page, that you want to edit.
Finally, make the edits to that page.
