Setup New Signup Page

To setup a new signup page: Go to the Look and Feel > Signup page section.

Here, go to the Extra signup pages section > Click on New Signup page.

Now, set the signup page name and set the page's URL.

You also have the option to set the commission rate, signup bonus and the approval setting for the signup page.

Finally, click on Submit. 

The newly created signup page will be saved. To customize the newly created signup page, click on the Edit Sign-up form.
