Additional Fields for Signup Page

To add additional fields to the signup page: Go to the Look and Feel > Signup Page section. 

Here, click on Select & Customize.

This will open up the signup page section > enable the signup field toggle.

Finally, click on Save.

After this, the signup field will be displayed on the affiliate portal's signup page.
