Make Affiliate Program Private

To make your affiliate program private:
1. Disable affiliate registrations from the signup page, by going to the Settings > General > Affiliate Registrations section > Disable the "Allow registrations from affiliate page" option. (Guide)
2. After that, you can manually create affiliate accounts and invite them, from the Affiliates > All Affiliates > Click on Create New Affiliate option. (Guide)
