To manage affiliate registrations:
1. Add signup fields to the signup page to collect more information from your affiliates, from the Look and Feel > Signup Page > Click on Select & Customize > Enable additional signup fields from there. (Guide)
2. Disable the automatic approval, by going to the Settings > General > Affiliate Registrations section > Disable the "Auto approve registrations" option. (Guide)
That way, you can check the information provided by people who register in your program, and approve or reject them from the Affiliates > Pending Approval section accordingly.
